Event Terms, Privacy & Disclosures

Last updated: August 17, 2026

These terms describe important guest policies for the Nails Through Time experience, along with how Nailzotica handles information submitted through the event website and RSVP process. By reserving a spot, attending, or participating in the event, you agree to comply with the applicable event rules described below.

Event concepts, renderings, schedules, sponsors, participating creators, products, programming, installations, technology, and other details shown on this website are for planning and promotional purposes and may be modified, substituted, delayed, relocated, or removed before or during the event.

01

Event Information & Changes

Nails Through Time is planned for December 3–6, 2026 in Wynwood, Miami. Dates, hours, venue details, capacity, programming, featured installations, participating creators, sponsors, products, demonstrations, and other event elements may change due to production requirements, safety, availability, venue rules, weather, technical issues, sponsor changes, permitting, circumstances outside Nailzotica's control, or other operational needs.

Images, mockups, renderings, animations, prototypes, and descriptions on this site illustrate the intended creative direction. They are not guarantees that every depicted item, feature, size, layout, technology, color, material, sponsor, or experience will appear exactly as shown at the final event.

02

Admission, RSVPs & Capacity

  • An RSVP provides priority entry for the selected arrival window; it does not guarantee immediate entry if the venue is at capacity or temporarily closed.
  • Walk-in admission may be offered when capacity permits.
  • Entry may be delayed, paused, or limited to maintain safe occupancy and event operations.
  • RSVPs are personal to the registered guest and may be subject to reasonable verification at entry.
  • Nailzotica may establish reasonable event, safety, conduct, bag, photography, or access rules and may update them when operationally necessary.

03

Guest Conduct & Right To Refuse Entry

Nailzotica and the venue may refuse entry to, or remove, a guest for legitimate and nondiscriminatory reasons including unsafe, threatening, disruptive, abusive, harassing, intoxicated, illegal, destructive, or materially interfering conduct; failure to follow posted safety instructions; attempted unauthorized access to restricted areas; or conduct that creates a material risk to guests, staff, creators, vendors, installations, or property.

Any admission decision will be administered subject to applicable law and will not be based on a legally protected characteristic. Guests who are removed or refused entry must leave the premises when directed by authorized event or venue personnel.

04

Safety, Interactive Exhibits & Personal Property

The experience may include large sculptures, suspended decorative elements, lighting effects, reflective surfaces, electronic displays, interactive technology, crowds, photo areas, and other temporary installations. Guests must follow posted instructions, barriers, staff directions, age or access restrictions, and any instructions specific to an exhibit.

Do not climb, pull, hang from, enter restricted areas around, or otherwise handle installations unless an exhibit is clearly designated for guest interaction. Guests are responsible for exercising reasonable care while moving through the venue and for supervising minors in their care.

To the extent permitted by law, guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. Nailzotica does not guarantee secure storage for phones, bags, jewelry, purchases, or other personal property.

05

Photography, Video & Livestreaming

Photography, video recording, livestreaming, press coverage, and social-content production may occur throughout the event. Some areas may be intentionally designed as filming or creator-content zones. Where required, additional notice or consent may be used for interviews, featured appearances, testimonials, or other content focused on an identifiable guest.

Guests should follow posted photography rules and staff instructions. If you have a privacy concern about event photography or filming, contact event staff so they can explain available options where reasonably practicable.

06

Creator Battles, Demonstrations & Participation

Creator battles, demonstrations, interactive technology, giveaways, featured creator moments, and similar programming are subject to separate instructions, eligibility requirements, timing, capacity, and availability. Participation is not guaranteed merely by attending the event or joining the general RSVP list.

07

Products, Orders & Gift Shop

Product availability, creator designs, made-to-order options, prices, promotions, gift items, and inventory may change and may sell out. Certain displayed creator sets may be samples or made-to-order designs rather than inventory available for immediate pickup. Any purchase is also subject to the checkout terms, fulfillment terms, and policies presented at the time of purchase.

08

Accessibility & Accommodations

Nailzotica intends to provide an inclusive guest experience and will work with the venue to support reasonable accessibility needs consistent with applicable law and the physical limitations of temporary event installations. Guests who need an accommodation may contact info@nailzotica.com in advance or speak with event staff onsite.
